Snap-EZ ™ Eco Cloth Diaper Review/Giveaway Ends Sept 2, 2010

Snap-EZ ™ , diapers, trainers and accessories is founded by a Stay-At-Home, homeschooling mother to her 11 children (ranging from toddlers to adults).  Snap-EZ ™ Inc.  is also founded on the principle of combining high quality products and friendly customer service. This SAHM found the need to reduce the cost of living and this meant going back to the drudgery of cloth diapers.  UGH! But there was a surprise in store for her.  The cloth diapers of today are nothing like the cloth diapers of even 5 years ago.  At Snap-EZ they want to make raising children today a better experience for more mothers so their goal is to offer high quality products that will stand the test of time, as well as some less expensive alternative for moms on a budget.  Their goal at Snap-EZ is to make cloth diapering easy for moms  while making it easy on your child and "EZ" on our world!  I really like that all Snap-EZ products are handmade (no mass production), they only use the highest quality goods to produce all Snap-EZ products, And they try to test most of their products on a variety of children before being introduced to their customers.  At this time Snap-EZ ™ products are handmade by Ruth and 10 or so WAHMs,  as well as a DD and a college student who helps with  snapping/stocking/cutting and shipping!!.  

For Review I was lucky and was sent a Beautiful Cherry Red Snap-EZ Eco Pocket Diaper to try out on Emma.

and best of all, these are all made by WAHMs right here in the good old USA!

Eco Pocket Diapers come in a variety of beautiful colors. The Cherry red we received  is so Vibrant and even after a number of washes it looks fantastic!! 

The Snaps make for great adjustability for both the tummy and the thigh,
and with the One Size Pocket Diaper you can also adjust the rise! Snaps also eliminate velcro diaper chains!  They also do not cause damage in the wash, so your diapers stay looking brand new for a very long time!

The high quality microfleece they use is known for it's durability as well as it's ease for cleanup - "stuff" doesn't stick to it!  Because both the outer fabric and the microfleece are both knits, they are both stretchy, making the fit feel like a nice hug, and makes for a snug fit that prevents leaks!   

They only use Lastin (latex free swimwear elastic) in Snap-EZ diapers as it is so gentle on baby legs!  This was developed for salt water swimwear, and is so durable that we back our elastic with a 2 year replacement warrantee! They place the Lastin at the back (on both sides of the pocket), in the front, and around the legs to create a great fitting diaper.
The Lastin is sewn into hidden serged seams creating very soft, comfortable leg and tummy hugs. The Snap-EZ Eco Pocket Diaper can be ordered with or without
the new Snap-EZ Eco Pocket Soaker. 

Overall this is a wonderful and easy diaper to use.  It fits Emma really well and looks really trim on her.  The real test came over night and Emma did not leak through at all. I used a Microfibre insert with a small doubler and it worked very well.  A bonus as this working mom needs sleep.   I actually found all my inserts worked fine with this diaper.
