How is Purmist Different??

When you apply Purell, it kills whatever is on your hands within 15 seconds. However, as soon as you touch something contaminated, your hands are once again ‘infected.’  With Purmist, the product continues to kill germs after the initial application, so you can touch contaminated items without re-contaminating your hands.

Second, the main active killing ingredients are the essential oils, instead of alcohol. This means there is no risk of intoxication to kids whose parents use the product on them. Other, alcohol-based hand sanitizers present a potential intoxication risk to children who lick their hands after its use.  It is also safe for use by those with peanut and nut allergies. As well, again because essential oils are used as the main ingredient, Purmist has a moisturizing effect on the hands, instead of drying them out.
